From Hamilton and Toronto
- Take the QEW east, then Highway 406 south.
- Exit at Fourth Avenue and turn left at the first light.
- Fourth Avenue becomes Welland Avenue. The plaza is on your right.
From Niagara Falls and Fort Erie
- Take the QEW west.
- Take the first exit after the Welland Canal bridge, Dieppe Road.
- Turn left at the first light onto Welland Avenue. The plaza is on your left.
From Welland and Port Colborne
- Take Highway 406 north.
- Exit at Fourth Avenue and turn right at the first light.
- Fourth Avenue becomes Welland Avenue. The plaza is on your right.

- Do I need an appointment?
- No. Walk in any time we’re open, for repairs, custom work or just to look.
- How long do repairs take?
- Many repairs are ready the same day, often while you wait. Our goldsmiths do the work here in the store, and for larger jobs we tell you when it will be done.
- Is this the same store as Kim Jewellers?
- Yes. Kim Jewellers is now Hoang Jewellers, and the same family still runs the store.
- Do you replace watch batteries?
- Yes. We replace watch batteries and repair watches and clocks in the store.
- What metals do you work with?
- White and yellow gold from 10K to 24K, and platinum.
- Can you remake an old piece into something new?
- Yes. Mr. Hoang restyles older pieces and designs new ones from scratch. Bring the piece in and we’ll talk it over with you.
- Do you do insurance estimates?
- Yes, we give free estimates for insuring your jewellery.
